I wrote most of this yesterday so I am not smelling teriyaki pork roast right now. I am smelling kitty litter that I need to go change.

I always enjoy reading these by other people but I don’t enjoy doing them.
The one good thing, as far as memes are concerned, is they come in handy when you can’t think of anything to write.

I didn’t know what a meme was either when I first started blogging. It’s usually just a bunch of questions that you answer and then pass on to five other people but I never pass them on. I figure if you want to do it you can. If you don’t then don’t. I like to do them when I can’t think of anything to write about but still want to do a post. One meme that I did that was sort of interesting was to take a photo of the contents of your fridge.

Did you ever hear of the TV show back in the 50’s and early 60’s called “Queen for a Day” ? I always wanted to write to them about my mother so she could be “Queen for a Day” but I never did.
Well I said I wouldn’t lie on this meme and I didn’t. So much for enlightenment!!! Some of the questions would do well as posts. To me I would like to expand on the “I Imagine” one. Thanks for not calling me a dumbass. 😉

Well, I just wanted to imagine myself as “Queen of the Universe” for a little while. Years ago when Barry and I were camping up north he swam in a lake and when he came out he was covered in leeches. It was disgusting. I wouldn’t go near him to help him take them off.
I’ve already picked out the music for the meme but I’m trying to find the best version of it.

Joan. Joan. Joan. I love these answers, had a great time reading. Now that I know what you sound like and look like (while talking) I can just picture you saying these things and it makes it all the better! Diarrhea chips? Hm…. yea, not sure what that’s all about but I’m glad you’re near the can 😉
Fat Free potato chips and Pringles use Olean as a fat which your body doesn’t absorb. They taste just like the real ones but if you eat too many you get diarrhea. Of, course I somehow always end up eating too many so now I can’t eat them anymore.

I feel for you on the kitty litter deal! I want to put my house up for sale this fall and I fear kitty odors will be included! As for leeches? They scare me to death. When I was about 10 I waded into a pond and came out with one on my ankle. I still remember the hysteria (much to all of my friends disgust!) and to this day I don’t like to be in water if I can’t see what’s under me.
I want fat free chocolate too, but don’t go near the sugar free stuff! Dear God, that junk makes your fat free potato chips seem like a walk in the park. Believe me I know.
Oh yes, when I was on the Atkins diet about 10 years ago (I lost 40 lbs and gained back 100) I got tangled up with that sugar free chocolate. I will never go near that crap again and when I say crap I do mean it. I still didn’t change the kitty litter. I HAVE to do it today. I’m not afraid of snakes, spiders, rats but leeches are horrifying.

ever since watching stand by me for the first time, leeches scare me .. even though i dont have a wanker for them to attach to!
OMG, I forgot about “Stand By Me”. My wasband ended up covered in leeches when we went camping when we were young. I don’t remember if any of them got stuck on his wanker. I’ll ask him in the morning.
