I need a memory transplant. JavaJunkee gave me this awesome award and I absolutely forgot about it. I even thanked her for it and forgot about that too. I may have no memory but evidently I have great blogging friends. JavaJunkee has one of my favorite blogs because she is a crazy woman like me. I just love craziness. I guess that’s why we are soul sisters. Someday she’s going to make a road trip and come to Massachusetts. Thank you so much JJ.
Now, again, I have to pass it on. I’ve chosen another new blogging buddy, MV Obsession. This is a woman who knows and loves Martha’s Vineyard which is going to be my new island home. As she puts it she is a Vineyard-a-holic. I’m learning all about my new home to be from her. She doesn’t live there now but she really loves the place and hopefully I will too.

🙂 you know there are a bunch of us headed on a road trip out there right? How many acres are on this new land? We are bringing tents!
Wicked cool! We have 1 1/2 acres. We also have a good sized house and I love to cook. I really hope this happens. My kids will be all for it. Awesome!!!!!

I really hope it can too. We might have to caravan or something..if I head that way and dont’ take my mini’s with me they are gonna be pppuuhhhissed! And I want the queen to go too! I have always wanted to go there and seeing the pictures you have posted have made me want to go there even more. Plus just to get to hang out with you..that’s gonna be a riot! My one niece moved here from there. She lived in Taunton.

I think my wife and I saw the same meteor as you…what color was it? We saw a streak in the southern sky from our home in Andover at about 30 degrees above the horizon. It was bright, a little ‘wiggly’ and surprisinglly bright and slow moving. Saw your post on

I was actually in my bedroom looking through a skylight. I only saw it for a quick second and didn’t see it from the beginning or the end. It was a white light and very large. I wish I had been outside but I had read that the western US would see the shower best so I didn’t go out. It was heading a little west of south.

Congratulations on becoming a G-Ma!!! I know you must be so excited. (I’m due at the end of May–which puts me right around 19 weeks)
It’s going by faster than I’d like . . .with the first one–you can’t wait for them to get here—with the third—you’re in no real hurry!! 🙂
